Subscription & Billing

  • All subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically renew until cancelled.
  • A valid payment method may be required to activate a recurring subscription.
  • If you are using a complimentary promotional period, your subscription will automatically convert to the applicable paid subscription unless you cancel before the next billing date.
  • You are responsible for cancelling your subscription if you do not wish to continue.
  • Successfully processed subscription payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

PREMO Photography Customer Exclusive

Eligible customers who purchase selected photography packages from PREMO may receive one complimentary month of PREMO Review System.

  • One complimentary month per verified eligible business or business location.
  • Not per employee, email address, or individual account.
  • Multiple staff or representatives of the same business are not eligible for multiple complimentary months.
  • A valid payment method may be required to activate the complimentary month.
  • After the complimentary period, the subscription automatically renews at the applicable monthly rate unless cancelled before the next billing date.

Referral Program

Refer a genuine new business customer and receive 1 complimentary month when the referred business becomes a qualifying paying customer. Self-referrals, duplicate business accounts, and employees of the same company claiming separate rewards are not eligible. Maximum accumulated referral reward: 3 complimentary months.
